Amanda developed her passion in Hand Therapy during her studies as an Occupational Therapist. She graduated in 2011 in Berlin, Germany where she worked as a Hand Therapist for a few years.
In 2017, she joined Re-wired Hand Therapy. Amanda is passionate about helping her patients to return to activities they find meaningful and enjoyable. She also enjoys the creative and crafty site of her job, such as fabricating splints. In 2023 she became an Accredited Hand Therapist (AHT) as recognized by the Australian Hand Therapy Association.
Before moving to Melbourne in 2016, Amanda had travelled to Australia and Southeast Asia for leisure. Now she mostly travels back home to Germany and to her husband’s home country, Iran. Amanda spends a lot of time outdoors doing gardening, going for walks or playing with her 2-year-old son in parks and playgrounds.
